Over the years Sterling Springs has worked with several manufacturers that supply all sorts of electronic equipment that require specialist contacts. The one shown in the picture is made from Annealed Beryllium Copper which is pierced and blanked and then formed complete. These parts are then heat treated in a nitrogen atmosphere which reduces the tarnishing caused by heat treatment and then finished with a Gold plating.
