Compression Springs are helically formed springs and we can supply many different types of compression springs to suit your needs. The main use of compression springs is to return the object/device to its original position, so its not uncommon to find them in buttons or even firearms.
Press Tools in Operation
This tool was made for a special crimp tag which was designed by ourselves and made to our customers own specifications. The video shows the feeding of the material and the cropping and forming operation. The tags are kept on a continuous strip which is fed onto reels of 5,000 enabling our customer to crimp and crop the tags off using there own special crimping tools.
The tool below is a customer owned tool. The video shows the tool piercing, blanking and a scrap cutter on the right hand side cutting the excess material.
