Constant Force Springs

Custom Springs to suit your needs

Most Constant Force Springs are produced from high quality 1.4310 (301) Stainless Steel Strip but some are made from Flat Wire Berylium Copper . The construction means the spring can withstand a constant rate of tension (Also called Constant Tension Springs). We produce the spring to your requirements and can help with the design (material and cycles) and the type of mounting you require.

Press Tools in Operation

This tool was made for a special crimp tag which was designed by ourselves and made to our customers own specifications. The video shows the feeding of the material and the cropping and forming operation. The tags are kept on a continuous strip which is fed onto reels of 5,000 enabling our customer to crimp and crop the tags off using there own special crimping tools.

The tool below is a customer owned tool. The video shows the tool piercing, blanking and a scrap cutter on the right hand side cutting the excess material.
