We work with all types of material including perforated sheet in Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminium and Nickel. These sheets can be cut on our guillotine to any size which can then be fed into the dedicated blanking tool which would have been made in house or free issued to us by our customer. These parts can then have further operations like extra piercing or forming. We are currently manufacturing Grilles and Blast Plates which fit inside ear-shells used on military headsets, both of these parts are made from perforated Stainless Steel sheet of which one shown here is plated with Stayblack for cosmetic purposes.
